Monday, 3rd November: Following a run of sold out shows across 2025, Casual Choir brings its biggest audience together for one very special night at Vicar Street on 30th December. Tickets €36.15 incl. booking fees are on sale on Thursday, 6th November from Ticketmaster.ie. 

Established in 2018 by Róisín Savage, MD of The Line Up choir, Casual Choir was born out of a demand for a more informal choir - no auditions, no commitment, no sheet music! A pop-up choir that doesn’t require any experience whatsoever. Just a savage singing session with a few harmonies thrown in - it’s as casual as that! 

A choral arrangement of a popular song will be taught to the audience, our choir, by ear on the night! No preparation needed in advance, just keep an eye for the song reveal, which will be on @casualchoirdublin a few weeks before the event. 

The entire session is filmed with a final performance video available on our channels to share. Please note that this is a participatory event for adults only so if you're buying a ticket, be prepared to sing your hearts out!

Since its inception, Casual Choir has sold thousands of tickets for their events, covering artists including R.E.M., K.T. Tunstall, Chynna Phillips Baldwin (Wilson Phillips), U2, Leigh Bird Nash (Sixpence None The Richer) and Mark Ronson, who have all positively interacted with the social content.
